Melide
In addition to the famous Swissminiatur, Melide offers splendid views of Lake Lugano. It is an ideal starting point for lake cruises or simple walks along the lakefront.
Gandria
This picturesque village can be reached via a pleasant walk along the Gandria Trail from Lugano. Gandria retains an old-world charm with its narrow, cobbled houses that overlook the lake directly.
